During Innovation Day at St. John Academy of Excellence on 15th December 2025, a group of young innovators demonstrated the power of science by designing a hydraulic lifting machine. Using simple materials such as cartons, syringes, and iron components, the students successfully built a system capable of lifting objects from one point to another.

The project showcased a practical understanding of hydraulic pressure, proving that complex scientific principles can be applied using everyday materials. This hands-on innovation highlighted creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, inspiring both students and visitors to appreciate the beauty of applied science.
