As we approach the end of the academic year, we remind parents and students that all end-of-term activities will conclude on the scheduled closing date. Please ensure all assignments, clearances, and fee balances are completed before this time. Details of closing day activities will be shared with students.
The school will officially close for the holiday break after the end-of-year ceremony. We encourage all students to use the holidays for rest, family time, and light revision. School reopens on the confirmed date at the start of the new term. We look forward to welcoming everyone back refreshed and ready for excellence.

To enroll at Saint John Academy of Excellence, applicants must provide:
- A completed admission form (available on campus).
- A photocopy of birth certificate.
- Report cards or transcripts from the previous school year.
- Four passport-size photographs.
- Registration fee payment receipt.
Admissions are open for General, Technical, and Commercial sections in both English and French.
Students must wear the official school uniform, sportswear, and required workshop attire. Samples are available on campus and orders can be placed on the schools official website.
Parents can apply by visiting the school campus at Montee Meyo, Yaounde IV Sub Division.
